1. Return & Refund Request Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at service@cosystore.shop with your order details. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.
2. Conditions Eligible for Refund
Refunds or returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging;

Items arrived with manufacturing defects;

Products significantly differ from their description;

Items were severely damaged during transit.
All returns must pass inspection before a refund can be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be offered in the following cases:

Requests submitted after the 30-day window;

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts;

Personalized items, sale items, or gift cards;

Unauthorized return shipments.
4. Return Shipping Cost (Based on your requirement)
For all approved return requests:
We will cover the return shipping cost.
A prepaid return label or return instructions will be provided. Please do not send items using COD or pay shipping yourself.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider delays may apply.
6. Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and must follow the return policy above.
